Best answer

Just had another one of my answers on Yahoo Answers be selected as the best!!! I’ve only just started checking it out and it’s great to be able to share my knowledge and experience with others. I mainly check out the music side of things as that is my area of expertise. Seems to be a lot of younger people asking questions so glad I can help them out.

Mind you, last week I got an answer removed as apparently I didn’t adhere to the rules. Someone was asking basically for people to do his homework for him and I suggested to Google it which mustn’t have gone down well. Not to worry, just have to start over again. I may put a link to Yahoo Answers on here soon but am still thinking about that.

I’m really happy to one of my websites usedaltosaxophone.com is ranking well in the search engines at the moment. If I recall correctly, it’s #3 in Google, #1 in Yahoo & #2 in Bing. That’s exciting news for me and it’s been showing in the traffic over the last few days especially. Some additional revenue is also nice!!

Getting into the swing of term 4 of school now. Had a few interesting moments this week, a student has pulled out of an upcoming exam and I have one less student now at DCC but that will probably work out for the best. I have about 3 uni assignments left to finish and then I will have completed my Grad Dip Ed. Really looking forward to that even if I do put off doing them assignments as much as I can. Really need to work on the whole procrastination thing…..

It’s late, I have a webinar to attend and then bed but thought I’d write a little update first.

Matinee day

Hi

A quick update, I got another uni assignment completed and in the mail which I am excited about. I still have one more to go which I plan on completing in the next couple of days…..as it was due on Friday!!! Had a show of Miss Saigon last night and have a matinee today. It’s going well, having great fun playing it although there are some very challenging parts. I got some stuff last night I hadn’t been able to play before which was kinda cool. I enjoy it when that happens and especially it seems to work better when you’re not trying so hard for it to work….weird!!??

Have some exciting things coming up with my internet ventures with the opportunity to build some more websites and to promote a product I think is just awesome. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with for us to promote it and how it will work out. Will keep you updated here.

Really should go and start getting ready for the show this afternoon. Catch you later!!
